Two people were injured in a mass shooting brawl near a cafe in Ust-Kut, Irkutsk region. This was announced on June 21 by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Irkutsk region.

"The report that the sounds of gunfire were heard near one of the institutions of the city was received early in the morning. A scuffle broke out between the company, during which weapons were used," the agency said in a message on its Telegram channel.
