On June 20, the head of the Russian delegation to the negotiations with Ukraine, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky, compared Ukraine's provocations about the bodies transferred to Kiev with the manipulations of the Minister of Propaganda of the Third Reich Joseph Goebbels.

"I would really ask our Ukrainian negotiating partners to somehow calm down their propagandists so that they don't make them look ridiculous. Because the analogies, unfortunately, with the Katyn process and with all these Goebbels manipulations were quite obvious," Medinsky said in an interview with RT, commenting on Kiev's attempts to claim that among the bodies of dead soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) handed over to him. supposedly there are Russians.

Medinsky recalled Goebbels' propaganda, when the Nazis dug up the bodies of Polish soldiers, substituted documents, and then told the world community that they had allegedly been shot by NKVD officers.

He also noted that the Russian Federation is ready to transfer another 3,000 bodies of militants to Ukraine.

On June 16, Medinsky announced that Russia had handed over 6,060 bodies of dead servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to the Ukrainian side. Kiev, in turn, handed over 78 bodies of dead Russian soldiers.
