A possible decision by Ukraine related to the use of a "dirty bomb" against the Russian Federation would be the last mistake of the Kiev regime. This was announced on June 20 by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).

At the same time, the head of state pointed out that Moscow has no confirmation of such plans of Kiev.
