By 2030, Russia should enter the top 20 countries in terms of business conditions. This was announced on June 20 by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is taking place on June 18-21 at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center. The main theme of SPIEF in 2025 is "Shared values — the basis for growth in a multipolar world."
