Rosneft has signed agreements with federal ministries


As part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Rosneft signed cooperation agreements with two federal agencies, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The signed agreements involve joint work on the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects in various regions of the Russian Federation.
The agreement between Rosneft and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation was signed by Igor Sechin, Chief Executive Officer of Rosneft, and Roman Starovoit, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation. As part of the cooperation, the parties will focus on the construction and modernization of transport infrastructure facilities, as well as the development of international transport corridors. An important focus will be improving the quality of road services on federal highways, improving services for road users and introducing advanced materials and technologies in road activities. Special attention is paid to solving state tasks, including the effective implementation of the instructions of the President and the government of the Russian Federation in the field of development of the transport industry and road infrastructure.
The agreement with Rosneft was signed by Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov on behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The memorandum expands the areas of cooperation between the company and the Ministry and provides for the implementation of joint initiatives to develop industrial infrastructure in the Russian Federation, including in the field of localization and import substitution of foreign technologies and equipment. The parties plan to develop cooperation in supporting the export of industrial products, ensuring access to markets for goods and services, as well as implementing measures in the field of foreign trade.
