Putin spoke about the restoration program for more than a thousand ancient buildings by 2030.

More than a thousand old buildings will be renovated in Russia by 2030. This was announced on June 20 by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).

"We have agreed to repair and put in order at least a thousand such facilities across the country by 2030, to give them a second life, including through the opening of museums, educational and exhibition centers, hotels, and so on," Putin said.
