Putin called for moderate inflation and low unemployment

In Russia, it is necessary to achieve moderate inflation and low unemployment. This was announced on June 20 by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).

"Our most important task this year is to ensure the transition of the economy to a balanced growth trajectory. What does it mean? We understand this in such a way that we must achieve moderate inflation and low unemployment," he said.
