Iran launched a missile attack on Israeli territory. This was reported by the Fars news agency on June 20.

"Iran's missile attack begins," the Telegram channel says.

The information was also confirmed by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), which announced the launch of missiles from the Iranian side.

"The IDF recorded the launch of rockets from Iran towards Israel. Air defense systems are working to intercept the threat. After receiving the alarm signal, the population is advised to immediately take shelter in a secure room and stay there until further notice," the army's Telegram channel clarifies.

According to YNET, a salvo of 23 rockets was fired from Iran, after which sirens went off in the central, southern and northern regions of the country. Explosions were heard in these areas as a result of the strikes.

The official representative of the Iranian government, Fatemeh Mohajerani, reported on June 17 that at least 120 women and children were injured in attacks by the Israeli army in Iran. A day earlier, the Mehr news agency reported that three members of the rescue team were killed in an IDF strike on their car in Tehran.
