The Iranian army confirmed the attack on Microsoft's office in the city of Beersheba in southern Israel, explaining this by the corporation's cooperation with the Israeli authorities. This was reported on Friday, June 20, by the IRNA news agency, citing a representative of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

"Microsoft was destroyed by just one rocket in Beersheba. Aiding the [Israeli] regime has a price," the agency quoted him as saying on the Telegram channel.

On the same day, the Times of Israel newspaper reported that an Iranian rocket landed near residential buildings in the southern Israeli city of Beersheba. As a result of the attack, several cars caught fire. It was later reported that at least seven people were slightly injured.
