VTB will develop logistics in new regions of the Russian Federation


At SPIEF 2025, an agreement was signed between VTB and the AiSi Group, which aims to develop logistics and infrastructure in new regions of Russia. This was reported by the VTB press service.
The agreement was signed by Denis Bortnikov, Deputy President and Chairman of the VTB Management Board, and Ekaterina Belousova, CEO of the AiSi Group.
"Comprehensive support for investment projects in new regions makes it possible to create modern business, trade and logistics centers that become points of attraction for businesses and the public. Financing the construction of the White Swan quarter, the development of trade and logistics infrastructure and the development of a telecom operator give an impetus to the development of entrepreneurship, create new jobs and contribute to the integration of territories into the country's economy. We see how solutions are being implemented in practice to improve the quality of life in the regions," Denis Bortnikov said.
"The implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects is impossible without a reliable financial partner with expertise in long-term project financing. Cooperation with VTB allows us to confidently implement strategic initiatives, launch facilities on time and ensure high quality at every stage. This gives us the necessary resources and flexibility to create modern solutions that are in demand by residents and businesses in new regions," Ekaterina Belousova emphasized.
As part of the communications development project, the development of an infrastructure telecom operator will continue, which will expand the coverage of the mobile network, improve the quality of communications and the volume of transmitted traffic, including broadband Internet. The company's investments in this area will exceed 26 billion rubles by 2030.
In Donetsk, the bank will support the implementation of a project to create a multifunctional quarter "White Swan" with a total area of 100 thousand square meters. m. The volume of planned investments in the project by 2030 will amount to 20.7 billion rubles.
