Khabarovsk residents were warned about heavy precipitation

Bad weather will cover the Khabarovsk Territory on June 21. Weather conditions are expected to worsen in the southern and central regions on Saturday, with possible achievement of the criteria for a dangerous phenomenon.

According to IA AmurMedia with reference to the Far Eastern UGMS, in Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur, in Vyazemsky, Amur, Verkhnebureinsky, Nanai, Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk, Solnechny districts, Lazo district and Bikinsky municipal district, very heavy rains, heavy downpours and thunderstorms are possible in places. In the rest of the territory, precipitation will be short—lived and only showers in some places.

The Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region warned of the possible occurrence of emergencies at fuel and energy and housing and communal services facilities. It is also possible to damage bridges, clog storm drains and drains.

Earlier, on June 17, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, said that autumn weather would cover Moscow and the Moscow region from Thursday until the end of this week. According to him, it will start with rain and end with increased atmospheric pressure.
