At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Sollers presented a pre-production version of the Sollers ST9 pickup truck. A correspondent of Izvestia reports about this from the scene.

The start of production of Sollers ST9 is scheduled for the third quarter of this year at the UAZ industrial site in the Ulyanovsk region. The cars will be produced in a full cycle, including welding and body painting. The model is based on the Chinese JAC T9.

In January of this year, Sollers launched production of all-wheel drive Sollers ST6 and ST8 pickups using full-cycle technology at the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant, these models are also based on JAC. Based on the Sollers ST9/JAC T9, Sollers is developing an SUV, with sales expected in early 2026.

Earlier, on June 2, it was reported that the production of the Sollers SF5 line of light commercial vehicles began at the Sollers Alabuga plant. This is the first Russian car in its class to be equipped with an automatic transmission as standard.
