Bank ROSSIYA, JSC TEK SPb and JSC Teploset St. Petersburg have agreed to cooperate

Bank ROSSIYA, Joint Stock Company Fuel and Energy Complex of St. Petersburg (JSC TEK SPb), JSC Teploset of St. Petersburg signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025) on June 20.

The document was signed by Alexander Shalenkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Vadim Bravve, General Director of JSC TEK SPb.

The agreement is aimed at developing cooperation between the Bank and enterprises in order to create favorable economic conditions for ensuring reliable, safe and uninterrupted heat supply to consumers. The parties agreed to share their experience and cooperate in the development of business processes, technologies and new banking products.

An agreement has been signed between Bank ROSSIYA and the Fuel and Energy Complex and is valid until 2033 to attract an investment loan in the amount of 2.36 billion rubles for the modernization of heat generating facilities. The document became another step in the field of strategic cooperation between the companies and the credit institution. The new agreement will expand and refinance the existing loan portfolios of JSC TEK SPb and JSC Teploset St. Petersburg, as well as attract new investment loans to the company.

"Bank ROSSIYA has the necessary experience and resources to provide financial support for the development of a large enterprise in the fuel and energy sector. We have all the necessary financial technologies and resources to support the implementation of the tasks set by JSC TEK SPb," noted Shalenkov.

Vadim Bravve, General Director of JSC TEK SPb, said that this agreement is an extension of cooperation. He stated that Bank ROSSIYA is a reliable partner.

"Such business relationships ensure the implementation of long-term development programs for our company, focused on the comprehensive reconstruction of the city's thermal and energy infrastructure. We are interested in partnership and reliable financial support for our long—term projects," Bravve added.

The day before, Bank ROSSIYA and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement provides for the implementation of joint projects between the bank and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including involving private investors, as well as work on projects supported by the Chamber. The signing of the document was another step in the development of a mutually beneficial partnership, after the bank became a full member of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2023.
