Starting from September 1 of this year, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation introduces uniform requirements for the study of all school subjects in educational institutions. This was announced on June 20 on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF–205) by the head of the department Sergey Kravtsov.

"The teacher will be fully equipped with appropriate programs. And in fact, uniform requirements are being introduced for studying a particular subject in a particular class, certain topics, and how many hours are allocated," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The Minister clarified that this provision will be introduced in accordance with the Labor Code. Thus, the workload for teachers will also be normalized — no more than 36 hours per week, adds "Газета.Ru ".

On May 26, Kravtsov announced that in the next three years, unified state textbooks in all subjects will appear in Russia. Currently, work continues on state textbooks on Russian language and literature, and the Ministry of Education and Science has agreed with the Russian Academy of Sciences to develop unified textbooks on physics, chemistry and biology.
