In the south of Israel, an Iranian rocket landed near residential buildings in the city of Beersheba. This was reported on June 20 by the Times of Israel newspaper.

"Heavy damage was caused by an Iranian ballistic missile that hit Beersheba," the newspaper said.

It is specified that the rocket fell near residential high-rise buildings, damaging nearby houses. Several cars also caught fire as a result of the attack. Information about the victims has not yet been received.

The Jerusalem Post reported on June 19 that one of the Iranian missiles hit the Soroka Hospital in Beersheba. A hospital representative spoke about the damage to the building, as well as the destruction in other areas. It was clarified that at least 20 rockets were fired into Israel as a result of the attack.
