During SPIEF 2025, Lemana PRO retailer signed agreements providing for comprehensive cooperation in the field of support for small and medium-sized businesses, the company's press service reported.

A memorandum of strategic partnership was signed between SME Corporation and Lemana PRO. The document provides for the support of Russian SMEs producing goods and services in the field of repair and construction and, according to representatives of the companies, will contribute to the development of cooperation between large businesses and entrepreneurs, reduce dependence on imports and strengthen the economic stability of the regions. The document was signed by Alexander Isaevich, CEO of SME Corporation, and Marina Fytova, Executive Director of Leman PRO.

"Today, more than 28,000 SMEs-manufacturers of building materials -operate in Russia. The expansion of our cooperation with Lemana PRO will open up new opportunities for Russian entrepreneurs to cooperate with large private businesses and ensure access of domestic products to the shelves of the largest retailer. One of the new elements of cooperation will be the search for and involvement of SMEs providing repair services. Moreover, the field of repair services is the most popular industry among the self-employed in our country. The number of such entrepreneurs is about 960,000," said Alexander Isaevich, CEO of SME Corporation.

As part of the cooperation, it is planned to search for and support domestic manufacturers who are ready to launch and scale production of the most in-demand household goods and repairs in Russia, whose share in import substitution is still small. Currently, the Leman PRO network has 74% of Russian—made goods in its assortment, and the goal is to increase the share of local purchases to 80%.

"The SME Corporation plays a key role in connecting large businesses and small companies. In the first year of work alone, we reviewed more than 110 SME suppliers from different regions and different categories, including tools, hardware, decor, etc. Today, a number of suppliers from Pskov, Ivanovo, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and Moscow with a total purchase budget of over 320 million rubles are in the final stage of negotiations. Our joint program helps local SMEs to develop their businesses, invest in expanding existing capacities and launching new production facilities, and gives regions an incentive for economic growth of entrepreneurship," commented Marina Fytova, Executive Director of Leman PRO.

Also on the sidelines of the SPIEF, Leman PRO signed a memorandum of strategic partnership with the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The agreement is aimed at developing and scaling up joint work to localize production and attract regional producers of goods and services to the retailer's ecosystem. The cooperation will contribute to strengthening the industrial potential of the republic, developing small and medium-sized businesses in the region, as well as reducing dependence on imports. As part of the partnership, Leman PRO and the Government of the republic plan to make coordinated efforts to attract Tatarstan entrepreneurs as suppliers of goods and services for the retail chain.

"It is especially important for us to cooperate with regions where local businesses are highly active and willing to partner. Tatarstan is a vivid example of a region with a strong industrial potential and an active business community," commented Marina Fytova.

"Lemana PRO cooperates with almost 150 partner companies in Tatarstan. More than 3,300 employees work in four of its stores and a warehouse complex in the republic. It is very important for us to provide residents with high—quality goods from local manufacturers," said Oleg Korobchenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Industry and Trade.
