VTB has signed agreements with the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Samara Region.

VTB will increase the number of digital services for processing cash payments, social benefits and guarantees of state assistance to citizens. This presupposes an agreement concluded on the sidelines of SPIEF 2025 with the Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.

"The state is very actively pursuing social policy. Our task is to use VTB Bank's capabilities to the maximum in order to increase the availability of social support for citizens and simplify it. Our competencies make the customer journey even easier, and human interaction with the government through the bank is convenient and comfortable," said Andrey Kostin, President and Chairman of the VTB Management Board.

Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection, added that the accessibility and ease of receiving social services is of particular value today. "The development of digital solutions and convenient online services in the field of social protection is not just a trend, but one of the key tasks that we are implementing in partnership with market leaders. Thanks to cooperation with VTB Bank, we will be able to make the processes of providing social support as seamless and fast as possible, relying on expertise in improving customer service," he stressed.

Also at the forum in St. Petersburg, VTB and the Ministry of Industry and Trade agreed to cooperate in the development of the radioelectronic industry. The agreement provides for the possibility of providing VTB Group products to enterprises in the radioelectronic industry, including support for investment projects to create and develop industrial production.

"We are ready to provide additional opportunities for enterprises in the radioelectronic industry to develop their production base and accelerate the pace of final product production. The agreement will allow us to combine efforts in solving key industry tasks and ensuring the financial stability of enterprises, which will ultimately contribute to strengthening the economy and industrial sovereignty of our country," said Valery Lukyanenko, Deputy President and Chairman of the VTB Management Board.

In addition, as part of the SPIEF, the bank has agreed on a partnership with the Samara region.: VTB will provide financial support to special economic zones, technoparks and industrial parks in the region. In particular, we are talking about financing investment projects to expand the industrial, engineering and transport infrastructure of the industrial-production SEZ Togliatti.

"VTB Bank already has successful experience in supporting and developing regional special economic zones and industrial parks, so we are confident that our support for the Togliatti SEZ will contribute to its development at an accelerated pace," said VTB Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, Governor of the Samara Region, said that "signing an agreement with one of the country's leading financial institutions is a significant step in strengthening the region's economy." According to the governor, the region has a strong industrial and scientific potential, and special economic zones such as the Togliatti Special Economic Zone are key growth points. "VTB's financial support will make it possible to implement infrastructure and investment projects, create new jobs and, most importantly, improve the quality of life of our citizens," he stressed.
