Bank ROSSIYA and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will continue to work on strengthening economic ties

Bank ROSSIYA and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) signed a cooperation agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025) on June 19.

The document was signed by Mikhail Klishin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank ROSSIYA, and Mikhail Myatlikov, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The agreement provides for the implementation of joint projects between the Bank and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including involving private investors, as well as work on projects supported by the Chamber. The signing of the document was another step in the development of a mutually beneficial partnership after the Bank became a full member of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2023.

"Bank ROSSIYA is actively involved in the integration processes that are currently underway between the two countries. In 2022, our Representative Office was opened in Minsk, and we are constantly working to expand the range of products and services for clients from the Union State. The Bank also provides preferential loans to Russian enterprises for the purchase of Belarusian products under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 466. Our cooperation with the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will open up new business prospects and contribute to improving the well—being of citizens of both countries," Klishin said.

Myatlikov noted that the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry actively cooperates with the Russian business community.

"Last year alone, we held 270 events in Russia through the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including forums, seminars, contact and cooperation exchanges, business missions, and participation in exhibitions. Our partnership with Bank ROSSIYA gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn about new financial instruments, and subsequently to find new areas of activity and implement significant projects," he said.

Earlier that day, Bank ROSSIYA and Polyplast Group of Companies signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by Mikhail Klishin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank ROSSIYA, and Alexander Shamsutdinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Polyplast Group.
