Moscow has signed agreements with new participants of the federal project

The Moscow authorities have signed agreements on participation in the federal Labor Productivity project with four new participants. Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow and Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the city, took part in concluding agreements with companies during the SPIEF.
The Labor Productivity project is one of the key measures to support the capital's business, Bagreeva noted. "Thanks to participation in the project, companies were able to rebuild business processes at no additional cost, find hidden reserves, improve the skills of employees, optimize work and save money for investments in further development," the Deputy mayor of the capital emphasized.
She welcomed the new project participants and expressed confidence that "working together will bring high-quality results and allow companies to reach a new level of development."
Among the new companies is Aquarius, an IT equipment manufacturer from the list of backbone organizations of the radioelectronic industry. Experts from the Federal Competence Center will be involved in the implementation of the project in the group of companies. The group of companies called the partnership within the framework of the project "an important step towards further growth."
"We consider lean manufacturing as a tool to improve the efficiency, adaptability and sustainability of our processes. This is especially important for the advanced development of radio electronics and the creation of competitive advantages, including in the global market," said Alexey Kalinin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aquarius Group.
In the field of tourism and hospitality, the Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow, which became the third representative of the Moscow hotel chain included in the project, as well as the Shokoladnitsa group of companies joined the federal project.
"The practical experience of our colleagues from the network has proved the effectiveness of the program: we have seen real examples of optimizing workflows and reducing costs," said Stanislav Kondov, General Manager of the Radisson Collection Hotel. He said that the registration process for hotel guests was chosen for the pilot stage in the network.
Shokoladnitsa, in turn, stressed that participation in the project is consistent with the strategic development goals of the group of companies, which is considering the introduction of lean manufacturing principles.
"This is an opportunity to increase the operational efficiency of both our own food production and the retail chain of coffee shops. Shokoladnitsa is ready for productive work with project experts and the subsequent application of lean manufacturing tools," said Pavel Perov, Executive Director of Production at GC Shokoladnitsa.
The Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport (JSC VNIIZHT), the leading scientific center of the railway industry, has become a new participant in Labor Productivity from the R&D sector. The company highly appreciated the opportunity to cooperate with professional experts from the Moscow Regional Competence Center.
"The successful experience of other companies has proven the effectiveness of the project, and therefore we are confident that the introduction of lean technologies will allow us to optimize key scientific and production processes," said Evgeny Shishkov, Deputy General Director for Engineering, Implementation and Technology Development at VNIIZHT.
The Labor Productivity project approved by the President of the Russian Federation is aimed at improving the efficiency of domestic enterprises and helping to solve the problem of shortage of personnel in the labor market. In Moscow, the national Labor Productivity project was implemented in 2022-2024, during which time 419 enterprises of the capital joined it. The participating companies of the national project managed to significantly increase labor productivity, which increased by an average of 53%. The total economic effect for the companies amounted to more than 13.5 billion rubles.
Since 2025, work has continued within the framework of the federal project "Labor Productivity", which is being implemented in the capital exclusively at the expense of the city budget. Since the beginning of the year, 46 companies have already joined it. The mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that by 2030, more than 800 Moscow companies should become participants in the project, including 60% of all large and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry.
