Bank ROSSIYA and Yakutia have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of investments

On June 18, Bank ROSSIYA and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) signed a cooperation agreement as part of the second day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025). The document was signed by Mikhail Klishin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank ROSSIYA, and Aisen Nikolaev, Head of Yakutia.

The agreement provides for the participation of the regulator in the socio-economic development of Yakutia, work on attracting private capital to the economy and social projects of the republic. The Bank will promote the introduction of digital technologies and modern banking services in the region. Special attention will also be paid to contract banking and control over the targeted use of funds.

"The signing of the agreement was an important step in the development of a long-term partnership between Bank ROSSIYA and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Support for investment projects, the introduction of modern banking technologies, as well as the Bank's participation in the implementation of important social initiatives will contribute to the economic development of the region and improve the quality of life of the population," commented Klishin.

According to him, this is fully consistent with the long-term strategy to strengthen the economic potential of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

"Bank ROSSIYA is a reliable and professional partner with whom we have high expectations regarding the accelerated development of the region's economy. I am sure that working together with such a reputable financial institution will give a new impetus to attracting investments, implementing infrastructure projects and improving the quality of life of our residents," said Nikolaev.

Earlier that day, Bank ROSSIYA and the Alabuga industrial-type special economic zone signed a cooperation agreement.
