The Tokeon platform, part of the PSB group, has organized the first Russian issue of hybrid digital rights for services in the hospitality industry, the PSB press service reported. The presentation of the new asset took place at the XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The owners of the PPP will receive the right to stay in the issuing hotel "Grand Hotel Moika 22". By issuing digital rights, the issuer attracts additional financing for development.

The nominal value of one PPP is 14 thousand rubles and gives investors the right to stay in the hotel for any period before the repayment date or receive cash payments equal to the nominal value of assets on the repayment date. Asset owners can also resell them on the secondary market to other users of the Tokeon platform.

"This transaction, which tokenizes a service rather than a product, opens up new opportunities for the development of booking infrastructure using financial technologies. For the hotel business, this is an opportunity to attract funding at the moment to pay for services that will be provided in the future.
