Bank ROSSIYA and SEZ Alabuga have agreed to develop high-tech production


Bank ROSSIYA and the Alabuga Industrial-type Special Economic Zone have signed a cooperation agreement on the second day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025). The document was signed on June 19 by Tatyana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Yadgar Valeev, Deputy General Director of the Alabuga SEZ.
The agreement provides for cooperation in financing investment projects to expand the human resources infrastructure of the Alabuga SEZ and industrial parks, participation in financing infrastructure for the development of the human resources potential of Russia's largest highly qualified personnel training center Alabuga Polytech with a capacity of 10,000 people per year, as well as lending to new projects. In addition, the parties will discuss the possibility of increasing the total amount of debt financing of the SEZ to 25 billion rubles in 2025.
Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, called the cooperation with the Alabuga SEZ a landmark event in the implementation of the regulator's strategy to support high-tech industries and develop the country's human resources potential.
"Participation in financing projects of the special economic zone will not only strengthen the industrial potential of the region, but also contribute to the creation of a modern innovative economy in Russia. We are confident that this partnership will open up new opportunities for growth and the implementation of large—scale investment initiatives," said Polinko.
Valeev noted that the agreement with Bank ROSSIYA had become a serious impetus for the development of the Alabuga personnel ecosystem.
"Investments in Alabuga Polytech and the expansion of the educational infrastructure will allow us to train highly qualified specialists who meet the requirements of the most advanced industries. Together we are creating the foundation for Russia's technological sovereignty," he stressed.
On June 18, Bank ROSSIYA and YUMAK signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the SPIEF, which provides for the development of cooperation in the field of integrated banking services, improvement of the company's settlement system with counterparties, provision of consulting services in the banking and financial sectors, and cooperation in foreign economic activity.
