The Heavenly Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, led by Olympic champion Alina Kabayeva, has once again confirmed its high level of training. At the second stage of the Strongest Cup, which was held in Sirius, her pupil won all the gold medals. The tournament brought together gymnasts from eight countries, and the competition was extremely intense.

Kabayeva's mentoring played a key role in the performance of the athletes of the Heavenly Grace Academy. Her advice helped the gymnasts to get together and demonstrate high results in conditions of serious competition.

Karolina Tarasova won a bronze medal in the all-around and a silver in the hoop exercise. The athlete noted that Kabayeva's support was an important incentive.:

"She gave me advice, told me not to give up, that everything was just beginning for me. And for me to go with the mood. If I'm an athlete, then I'll go out and do everything," said the pupil.

The head coach of the Russian national rhythmic gymnastics team, Tatyana Sergayeva, noted that not only athletes, but also judges and even coaches experience tension during the competition. According to her, it is especially interesting to observe how each participant's willpower manifests itself in a stressful situation — someone has it stronger, someone weaker, and everyone copes in their own way.

Sofia Lobova, a gymnast of the Russian junior national team in group exercises, believes that in such situations it is important to maintain composure — not to give in to nerves, not to lose concentration and act calmly, performing all the elements confidently and consistently.

The organizers gave the opportunity to participate in the tournament not only to athletes selected through the federation, but also to those who passed an independent selection. This was a chance for many to make themselves known on a major stage.

"Every team has some kind of zest, some interesting collaborations, transfers. It's just nice to watch the competitions and get great pleasure," said Irina Zenovka, Honored Coach of Russia, choreographer, choreographer of the Alina Festival.

Among the participants of the tournament, special importance is attached to personal symbols and rituals. For example, Victoria Kirnus, a gymnast from Nizhny Novgorod, explained that their costume was made in the style of a composition — with the image of notes and musical motifs, and an amulet was placed on the chest, symbolically supporting the performance.

Gymnasts from Belarus emphasized the importance of team spirit. According to Milana Borisenok, it is the cohesion of the team that is the decisive factor in competitions, because without it, as their experience has shown, it is almost impossible to achieve results.

At the initiative of Alina Kabayeva, children with special needs were invited to the stands. Guided tours and classes are provided for them, including training camps at the Academy.

Among the international participants, the gymnast from the USA, Jeanne Sanders, attracted special attention. She admitted that she admires the Heavenly Grace Academy and dreams of training here. According to her, she has already written a letter to Kabayeva and is ready to work hard to get into the group exercises.

The Academy's team showed good results in the group disciplines, winning third place in the all-around, gold in the five-pair of clubs and silver in the hoop number. According to Alina Proschalykina, the preparation was helped by numerous control trainings, thanks to which there was no fear of going to the playground.

Yana Zaikina and Maria Borisova became one of the brightest participants of the stage. Borisova won gold in all disciplines and became the absolute champion. She emphasized that for her, first of all, it is a victory over herself, because successful performance is always associated with inner overcoming.

The next stage of the Strongest Cup will be held in Kazan. The final will be held in Moscow.

On June 11, the Russian Gymnastics Federation announced the return of Russian athletes and coaches to the world stage. Athletes from the Russian Federation will compete at the 2025 Trampoline World Cup in Portugal, Germany, Bulgaria and France. In addition, Russian athletes are scheduled to participate in the trampoline World Championships and the World Championships. Judges from Russia are also allowed to participate in world competitions.
