Four foreigners received up to 7.5 years in prison for robbery in Ussuriysk

The Ussuriysk city Court in Primorye sentenced four foreign citizens to imprisonment for a term of seven years to 7.5 years in a high-security penal colony for robbery in an Internet cafe. This was reported on June 19 in the press service of the prosecutor's office of the region.
"The Ussuriysk City Prosecutor's Office has supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against four foreign citizens. They were found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery")," the agency said in a statement on its Telegram channel.
It was established that in the period from January 7 to January 8, 2023, the attackers conspired to commit a robbery at an Internet cafe on Turgenev Street in Ussuriysk. It is specified that they opened the entrance metal door and illegally entered the Internet cafe with masks on their faces.
Then one of the men pointed an object similar to a pistol in the direction of the cashier girl and demanded the transfer of funds. He fired at least four shots at the woman, stole 15,000 rubles from the cash register and two laptops. Having escaped from the crime scene, the criminals disposed of the stolen goods at their discretion.
"The verdict has not entered into legal force. The damage caused has been fully compensated by the attackers," the department concluded.
A correspondent for Izvestia reported from the Moscow courtroom on June 18 that Albert Abdullin, who killed a woman and hid her body in actor Gosha Kutsenko's car, was sentenced to 13 years in prison. He was also ordered to pay 3 million rubles in favor of the victims.
