Vilfand reported on the cold weather over the weekend in Moscow

There will be less rain in the capital over the weekend due to increased pressure, but warm weather is not expected. This was announced on June 19 by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand.
"By the weekend, the pressure in Moscow will be approaching normal, so clouds with clarifications are expected, precipitation will be much less, light rain is possible in places," he said in an interview with TASS.
Vilfand clarified that the night will be cold — from +8 to +10, and the daytime temperature will change slightly compared to weekdays and will be up to +19 degrees.
According to the expert, the warmest period falls on June 21. He explained that the summer solstice takes place on this day, however, one should not count on strong warming.
Vilfand said on June 17 that Moscow and the Moscow region will be covered by autumn weather from Thursday until the end of this week. According to him, it will start with rain and end with increased atmospheric pressure.
