The teenager disappeared while swimming in Primorsky Krai


In Primorsky Krai, a 16-year-old teenager disappeared on the Bolshaya Ussurka River, and a criminal case was opened while swimming. This was reported on June 19 in the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.
"It was previously established that on June 18, 2025, a minor born in 2009 disappeared while swimming. Swimming is prohibited in the place where the incident allegedly occurred, and appropriate signs have been installed," the Telegram channel said.
It is specified that search and rescue operations were organized upon the disappearance of the minor. In addition, the prosecutor's office recognized the initiation of a criminal case by the investigative authorities under Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence") as legitimate.
On June 14, the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Perm Territory reported that two children drowned in the Sylva River in the Kungursky municipal district. It was clarified that rescuers found one boy, he was handed over to the ambulance crew, but it was not possible to resuscitate him. The body of the second child was not found.
