The Fagot ATGM crew destroyed a fortified point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the special operation zone

Calculation of an anti-tank guided missile system (ATGM) The Fagot of the Vostok group of forces destroyed a fortified point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Yuzhnodonets direction of the special military operation (SVO). This was announced on June 19 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry clarified that a fortified point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was identified in the area of one of the forest belts. The ATGM crew delivered an accurate blow to it, as a result of which the enemy's firing point was destroyed.

"We see the target — the support. We choose a point for firing at him and practice from him," said the ATGM operator with the call sign Mister.

He also clarified that this installation is usually equipped with two missiles, which are activated depending on the task. One, Model 111, operates at a distance of 1.5 km, and the second, Model 113, operates up to 3.5 km.

On June 18, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the Russian Armed Forces had attacked a temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporizhia region. The operation, as the ministry added, involved RBK-500 aviation cluster bombs.
