The SRDP has set a goal to take the second place in terms of the number of mandates in the September elections

The Fair Russia — For Truth party is going to participate in the September 2025 elections at all levels, from municipal to gubernatorial, the leader of the SRDP, Sergei Mironov, told Izvestia.

"The minimum task is to have our deputies in all regional parliaments and city assemblies that are being elected this year. The maximum task is to place us at least second in terms of the number of mandates," the politician stressed.

Mironov recalled that last year the party ranked second after United Russia in terms of the number of elected deputies. In terms of the number of seats in regional legislative assemblies, the SRZP took the third place, after the EP and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

"This year we will try to improve the results even further," concluded the leader of the SRZP.

On September 14, 20 governors, deputies of legislative assemblies of 11 subjects and deputies of city assemblies at the municipal level in 25 regions will be elected in the EDG.
