Four rooms in the Lancer House, a cultural heritage site, have become available for purchase by investors. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow Vladimir Yefimov on Wednesday, June 18.

According to him, the total area of the facilities is about 2 thousand square meters, RT clarifies. The buyers will have to carry out the restoration and use the premises in accordance with the security obligations, Moscow 24 notes.

According to Moscow Government Minister Ekaterina Solovyova, the largest room — more than 1,700 square meters — is located in the basement of an eight-story apartment building. The rest range from 72.6 to 129.3 sq. m. The building is located next to the Turgenevskaya metro station.

"The building is located on the second line of the Boulevard Ring. <...> The premises are suitable for opening an office, a shop or a restaurant and hotel business," she added.

The historic building in the "Gothic Modern" style began to be built in 1915, and was completed after the revolution.

Earlier that day, Yefimov said that three plots with a total area of 36.99 hectares in the capital's Biryulyovo Vostochnoye district would be reorganized under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). A modern multifunctional residential quarter will be built here, and three kindergartens, an indoor ice rink with an area of at least 6 thousand square meters and other infrastructure facilities will be built nearby, the Moscow City News agency reports.
