Deputy Mayor Efimov spoke about the significant growth in the volume of real estate construction in Moscow

The volume of real estate construction increased by about a quarter in the capital. At the same time, most of these are residential areas, the rest are social, business, commercial, transport and housing and communal infrastructure.

Efimov clarified that this year the leaders in construction were the Troitskiy and Novomoskovsky administrative districts, where 852 thousand square meters of real estate have been built since the beginning of the year, as well as the Southern AO — 614 thousand square meters.

Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government and head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the capital, said that more than 3 million square meters. m of real estate (1.7 million of them are housing) has been built by commercial developers this year. Developers, the minister continued, are actively involved in the development of urban social infrastructure. For example, last spring, a 185-seat kindergarten with an amphitheater, music and physical education halls was built on Alexandra Monakhova Street.
