Bank ROSSIYA and YUMAK have signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025). The document was signed on June 18 by Alexander Shalenkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Mikhail Melekhin, CEO of YUMAK LLC.

The agreement provides for the development of cooperation in the field of comprehensive banking services, improvement of the company's settlement system with counterparties, provision of consulting services in the banking and financial sectors, and cooperation in foreign economic activity.

Cooperation between the bank and YUMAK has been ongoing since September 2023. During this time, more than 2 billion rubles worth of joint projects have been implemented.

"Bank ROSSIYA considers it its key task to help strengthen the country's production potential. We are proud that our financial solutions help ensure the technological independence and security of the Russian industry. The YUMAK company supplies metalworking machines and components to enterprises from strategically important sectors of the economy, including aviation and mechanical engineering. It is extremely important that supplies are not only uninterrupted, but also expanded with our assistance, creating the necessary impetus for the development of industrial production," said Shalenkov.

As Melekhin emphasized, YUMAK has been equipping Russian enterprises with high-precision machines, tools and accessories from leading global manufacturers for more than 10 years, as well as providing services for their commissioning and introduction into production.

"The signing of the agreement with Bank ROSSIYA will facilitate the implementation of projects in the field of metalworking, expansion of the sales market, and the organization of new production facilities for tools, tooling, and components," Melekhin said.

Earlier that day, Bank ROSSIYA and the Association for the Development of Renewable Energy (ARVE) signed a cooperation agreement.
