A new viewing platform was opened near Alushta

The Gentle Sunset rotunda was opened in the village of Semidvorye in the Alushta region. It is made in the Tuscan style and is illuminated in the evenings, according to the Crimean tourist portal.

As noted by IA SevastopolMedia, the facility is an analogue of the rotunda on the Alushta embankment, which has been considered the hallmark of the resort for more than 70 years.

The viewing platform offers panoramic views of the mountains, vineyards and the city. According to the authors of the rotunda, interesting technological and design solutions await it in the future.

Earlier it was reported that the highway bypassing Alushta is planned to be completed by the end of 2026. It will reduce the travel time from Simferopol to Yalta by about an hour.
