The IAEA reported serious damage to Iranian nuclear facilities


As a result of the Israeli strikes, Iran's nuclear facilities in Natanz and Isfahan were seriously damaged, but Fordo has not yet been damaged.This was announced on June 18 by the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi.
"An important facility in Natanz was severely damaged - the enrichment hall was completely destroyed, the electrical substation and the power supply infrastructure were disabled, which directly affected an important underground enrichment facility," Grossi said in an interview with Bloomberg.
The head of the IAEA added that another Iranian nuclear facility in Isfahan was also hit, as a result of which several buildings on the site were damaged. At the same time, the nuclear complex in Fordo has not been destroyed at the moment.
Earlier, on June 16, the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, reported that four buildings at the nuclear facility in Isfahan, Iran, were damaged as a result of an Israeli strike. According to him, no damage was recorded at other similar enterprises, including a fuel enrichment plant in Fordo, a heavy water reactor under construction in Khondaba and a nuclear power plant in Bushehr. At the same time, the Tehran research Reactor was not damaged.
