The regime of unfavorable meteorological conditions (NMR) was introduced in Krasnoyarsk from 19:00 on Wednesday, June 18. It will last exactly one day — until 19:00 on Thursday, June 19. This information was posted on his Telegram by the Minister of Ecology of the region, Vladimir Chasovitin.

NMR or "black sky" mode is a short—term special combination of meteorological factors that contribute to the accumulation of pollutants in the surface air layer. For residents, such warnings are a signal of the possibility of light smog, haze and unpleasant odors in the air.
