Betin spoke about the training of the participants of the SVO under the "Time of Heroes" program

The training for participants of the special military operation (SVO) under the presidential program "Time of Heroes" at the Senezh management Workshop is the most significant program. This was announced on June 18 at the Izvestia studio within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025) by Andrey Betin, CEO of ANO Russia — the Land of Opportunities.

"This is the most significant program and project of the presidential platform, which is being implemented jointly with the RANEPA Presidential Academy," he said.

He called the participants of the program real heroes, as well as the Russian fighters on the line of combat contact. According to him, the task was to provide them with the opportunity to continue their service in the civilian sphere of activity, civil service, as well as to express themselves.

He noted that many Russian military personnel had proven themselves in civilian positions before participating in their military operations. According to him, the system selection was quite complicated, it included people of different profiles and from different fields of activity. Betin called the work itself difficult and clarified that it is built systematically, the best experts are involved in it.

"At the moment, more than 45 participants of this program have already been appointed to fairly high-level positions. <...> First of all, these are not opportunities, but great responsibilities. And guys know how to take that responsibility on themselves. It can be seen that the same thing will continue, this is for sure for each of them from the people who make decisions about their employment. This is not a credit of trust, it is an absolute merit. And with their strength, faith and conviction, they often take steps much more than people who do not have such a challenge. They have an incredible thirst for learning," he stressed.

In the second stream, according to Betin, 85 private traders, 31 heroes of the Russian Federation, 72 knights of the Order of Courage. He noted that many have both three and four orders.

The CEO of Russia is a Land of Opportunity noted that this proves the courage of the participants defending the country's future. As he emphasized, they clearly understand that the order of the Supreme Commander is a task that cannot be ignored.

Connection time: Putin linked Russia's future to HIS heroes

On Russia Day, the President met with the participants of the personnel program and presented state awards to outstanding citizens of the country.

On June 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the participants of the Time of Heroes program confirm the high quality of the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The President also stressed that the Time of Heroes program was created so that the present and future of Russia would be connected with the heroes of the country.
