The Russian fintech company A7, founded by PSB Bank, has opened an office in St. Petersburg at the Jensen Business Center on Vasilyevsky Island. The ceremony was held as part of SPIEF 2025. This was reported by the press service of the A7 company.

According to Ilan Shor, CEO of A7, this decision reflects the growing demand for reliable cross—border settlements from businesses.

"Today is a very important day for us. We are opening a branch in St. Petersburg less than a year after the company's launch. This is a confirmation that we have created a really popular tool. Entrepreneurs should think about development, not about the risks of settlements, and we are giving them this opportunity," said Shor.

According to him, the regional office will not only perform operational functions, but also provide consulting support, ensure the configuration and adaptation of services to the tasks of local companies.

"By launching the A7 platform, PSB has undertaken a large—scale task - to provide Russian businesses with a reliable infrastructure for foreign trade in the face of sanctions. And we succeeded — A7 services guarantee uninterrupted payments to foreign trade participants and are therefore in high demand among businesses, and today the company has a new stage of development — we are opening our first branch in St. Petersburg, one of the largest logistics and technological centers of Russian foreign trade. This is just the beginning — in the future, the A7 network will expand throughout the country, forming a stable next—generation payment infrastructure," said Mikhail Dorofeev, Deputy Chairman of the PSB.
