- The Soul of Russia project will serve as a unifying idea for regional expositions at SPIEF 2025

The stands of the regions participating in the SPIEF Investment & Business Expo at SPIEF 2025 are united by a single concept within the framework of the Soul of Russia project. Each pavilion includes elements of national ornament that reflect the cultural code of a particular subject of the Russian Federation, its features and traditions.
"Soul of Russia" is an initiative that unites the unique heritage of our country in a common space of dialogue and cooperation. The creation of a unified concept for the design of regional stands within the framework of the SPIEF Investment & Business Expo underlines the importance of cultural traditions in shaping a new socio-economic image of our country. This implementation of the project in the SPIEF exhibition space translates the main theme of SPIEF 2025, "Shared values are the foundation for growth in a multipolar world." Today, traditions and innovations, local identity and national ideas in Russia complement each other organically. This integration makes it possible to create new growth points in the economy and fully unlock the potential of the territories. I am convinced that a deep understanding of the cultural characteristics of each region and the interpretation of national traditions by the creative cluster can become a driver of the country's development," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of Russia and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee.
Joint events of the "Soul of Russia" project with the pavilions of the regions will take place during the SPIEF days. In particular, cross-surveys and expositions will be organized, showing the unity of the peoples of Russia in their diversity.
"The Innosocium Foundation has been implementing the Soul of Russia project for several years, which reveals the richness of the national culture of the country's peoples through traditions and modern creativity. By combining regional expositions at the SPIEF under the auspices of the project, we create a common space for dialogue and emphasize the importance of integrating cultural identity, including into the economic life of the regions," said Elena Marinina, Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation and Chairman of the Board of the Innosocium Foundation.
29 regions of Russia, including two combined stands, will take part in the thematic exhibition. Thus, within the framework of the collective exhibition "Yenisei Siberia" and the Siberian Federal District will present their products and initiatives. 27 regions will organize their individual stands at the exhibition, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Leningrad, Novgorod, Kaluga, Vladimir, Tver, Tula, Vologda, Ryazan, Smolensk, Samara, Penza, Kirov, Chelyabinsk, Astrakhan regions, as well as Krasnodar Territory. The participants include the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Dagestan, the Republic of Kalmykia, the Republic of Komi and the Republic of Tatarstan.

Among them are the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh). Major Russian organizations will also prepare separate expositions. Among the participants are the Russian Society Znanie, the Russian Military Historical Society and the Military Industrial Company.
The Soul of Russia pavilion, an exhibition of the Roscongress Foundation's sociocreative platform, the Innosocium Foundation, created with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives and PJSC PSB Bank, will also be opened as part of the SPIEF. The space will feature projects implemented in the regions of Russia in the field of creative industries, startups and enterprises that revive, support and develop brands and crafts based on the cultural code, as well as works by contemporary Russian artists and designers. The stand will host sessions, public talks, interactive guided tours, neural network surveys and quizzes on the development of creative industries, culture, education and social initiatives.
"Soul of Russia" is an umbrella project for more than 190 peoples of Russia.
