On June 19, a round table of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) on the topic "The Iran-Israel conflict: the current situation and possible dynamics" is being held at the Izvestia press center.

During the round table, experts analyze the causes of the escalation of the Iranian-Israeli conflict, possible directions for its further development, as well as the risks of involving other countries in the confrontation.

- Viktor Smirnov, Head of the Department of Israel and Jewish Communities at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
