Bank ROSSIYA and ICPP have signed a cooperation agreement

Bank ROSSIYA and the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE) signed a cooperation agreement on June 18 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).
The document was signed by Alexander Shalenkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Anatoly Tkachuk, Head of the ICCI Center for International Projects and Programs.
The agreement will open up new opportunities for the Bank to expand international relations, participate in projects and programs of the Congress, and use the ICCI structures and scientific and expert base for its financial activities. In turn, members of the Congress and partners will be able to use the Bank's expert services in business assessment and investment projects.
"Bank ROSSIYA sees supporting entrepreneurship as one of its most important tasks, because it is business initiatives that serve as the engine of our country's economic growth. The agreement with the ICCI provides not only for the Bank's participation in key industry events, but also for joint work on investment programs, technology transfer and personnel training. I am confident that our cooperation with the Congress will be mutually beneficial and create new incentives for the development of the entire business community," commented Shalenkov.
According to Tkachev, the signing of the agreement opens up the ICCI the opportunity to involve Bank ROSSIYA in numerous projects both nationwide and internationally.
"Russian banking technologies and financial mechanisms are among the most advanced in the world, and we see a growing interest in them from participants of the international summits Russia—Africa, BRICS and others, which are held with the support of the Congress. Bank ROSSIYA will be able to share its best practices and participate in the training of foreign specialists. This is an important step in spreading domestic financial technologies, knowledge and experience around the world," Tkachev said.
Earlier, on June 18, Dmitry Dubynin, Director General of the National Payment Card System (NSPK), told Izvestia on the sidelines of SPIEF 2025 that the use of high technologies in finance and payment services makes life easier for Russian citizens. According to him, last year the NSPK developed a payment service, universal QR and geometric acquiring.
