- The media learned about Zelensky's possible absence from the NATO summit because of Trump

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky may not attend the NATO summit in The Hague due to the possibility that US Leader Donald Trump will not attend the meeting. This was reported on June 17 by The Guardian newspaper, citing sources.
It is noted that Ukrainian officials were unhappy that the President of the United States did not meet with Zelensky at the last G7 summit in Canada.
"Some Ukrainian officials are not sure whether Zelensky should attend the NATO summit in The Hague next week, since there are no guarantees that Trump will be there," the article says.
According to the newspaper, the Ukrainian side at the upcoming summit of the alliance may become the subject of "insufficient attention from Trump."
On June 6, it was reported that discussions related to Ukraine would be minimal at the NATO summit. It was noted that this is done in order not to anger Trump. At the same time, the meetings are planned to be organized in such a way that Zelensky can attend without provoking the American leader.
