Apple was fined 3 million rubles in Moscow for not removing content banned in the Russian Federation.

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined the American company Apple 3 million rubles for refusing to remove prohibited content. This was reported to Izvestia in court on June 18.

According to RIA Novosti, the company was found guilty in accordance with Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the procedure for restricting access to information, information resources, access to which is subject to restriction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on information, information technology and information protection, and (or) the procedure for deleting said information").

Earlier, on June 10, it was reported that the Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined Apple for LGBT propaganda (the movement is banned in the Russian Federation and recognized as extremist) using the Internet for 6 million rubles.
