The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, turned the assets of DME Holding LLC, which manages the group of operating companies of Moscow Domodedovo Airport, into state revenue. This was reported by a source of Izvestia.

The hearing was held behind closed doors. The court satisfied the demands of the Prosecutor General's Office in full.

The Prosecutor General's Office requested that the entire chain of transactions made with the group's assets since 2016 be declared null and void and that 100% of the shares of DME Holding LLC, which owns the airport's assets, be recovered from the income of the Russian Federation.

In 2016, the main owner of Domodedovo, Dmitry Kamenshchik, bought the assets of Aviahab through foreign individuals and offshore companies. According to Izvestia's law enforcement source, this allowed him to conceal his status as an acquirer.

It later became clear that among the past and current owners of aerogavan were citizens of the Isle of Man and the Netherlands, and offshore companies in Cyprus and Malta were also involved. At the same time, the bricklayer holds Turkish and UAE citizenship, and his business partner Valery Kogan holds Israeli citizenship.

The beneficiaries needed such a scheme to disguise the status of the acquirer when buying up strategic assets. According to the prosecutor's office, Kamenshchik and Kogan were withdrawing funds from Russia under the guise of paying debts to foreign creditors and dividends.
