Rosaviation offered Russians to fly from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Russia with transfers. This was announced on April 17 by the official representative of the department, Artem Korenyako.

"We suggest considering alternative options for a flight from the UAE to Russia using an intermediate transfer in Istanbul," Korenyako wrote on his Telegram channel.

He noted that Emirates and Turkish Airlines operate regular flights between these countries, and Aeroflot offers flights from Turkey to Russia.
