A worker died while installing a power line in Primorsky Krai

A criminal case has been opened into the death of a worker in Primorsky Krai. The man fell from a height.

The incident occurred on the territory of the Anuchinsky district on June 14. According to the PrimaMedia news agency, the man was carrying out electrical work during the installation of a power line in the Smolny village area and fell from a support. As a result, the victim suffered life-threatening injuries.

The criminal case was initiated under Article 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of safety rules during construction or other work").

On June 11, a criminal case was opened in the Nadezhdinsky district in connection with the fall of a 24-year-old worker into an elevator shaft of a building under construction.
