The prosecutor requested 13 years for the man who hid the corpse in Kutsenko's car.

The state prosecution asked to convict Albert Abdullin, who hid the body of the woman he killed in the car of actor Gosha Kutsenko, and to sentence him to 13 years of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony. This was announced on Tuesday, June 17, by a correspondent of Izvestia from the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow.

Earlier, Abdullin asked to close the meeting due to threats from his cellmates, but the court refused the request.

According to investigators, on the eve of the murder, Abdullin and his friend drank alcoholic beverages, after which a conflict arose between them. The man inflicted at least 26 stab wounds on her vital organs, and then hid her body in a car.

The body of a woman with stab wounds was found on January 19 in a car parked in the courtyard of an apartment building on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. On the same day, a criminal case was opened under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder"). It later turned out that the car in which the body was found belonged to actor Gosha Kutsenko. According to the Izvestia source, the actor has not used a vehicle for a long time, homeless people spend the night in the cabin.

On January 20, the Dorogomilovsky District Court arrested a 30-year-old man accused of murder. He confessed his guilt and said he was remorseful, and also asked for house arrest. It is known that at the time of the crime, the defendant had been living in the car where the body was found for about a month and a half.
