Mobile Internet has been restricted in the Tyumen region for the safety of citizens

Mobile Internet has been restricted in the Tyumen Region for security reasons. This was announced on Tuesday, June 17, at the regional government information center.
"Mobile Internet restrictions have been observed in the Tyumen Region since 06/12/2025 for reasons beyond the control of regional authorities and telecom operators. This was done for the safety of citizens," the center's Telegram channel says.
It is specified that the fixed Internet and WI-FI networks are operating normally.
On the eve of the Pskov region, access to mobile Internet was temporarily restricted in some areas to ensure the security of critical facilities. According to the governor of the region, Mikhail Vedernikov, the population of the region was not warned about possible Internet restrictions due to the inability to prepare for such a situation.
