Russia is ready to expand the supply of energy resources and agricultural products to Indonesia. This was announced on June 17 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

"We stressed our readiness to expand the supply of Russian products to the Indonesian market, including energy resources, agricultural products, fertilizers, and other goods," Lavrov said.

The Russian Foreign Minister also stressed that in addition to trade, both countries are ready to implement investment projects in the fuel and energy sector, as well as in the field of high technologies.

Maxim Borovoy, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, said on April 15 that the Russian Ministry of Agriculture expects to start supplying beef to the Indonesian market. He stressed that Moscow is ready to meet the demand for products in the country.

Earlier, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said that by the end of 2025, it is expected to sign an agreement on a free trade area (FTA) between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Indonesia.
