"In 2023, the defendant received a bribe in the form of a foreign—made car worth more than 2.7 million rubles, which is a particularly large amount, from the head of a group of companies with contractual relations with a number of correctional institutions in the Udmurt Republic for lobbying her interests," said Evgenia, senior assistant to the head of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region. Investigators conducted a search at the suspect's place of service, seized documentation of interest to the investigation.
