The Vice Chancellor of Austria invited Zelensky to hold talks with Russia in Vienna.

Austrian Vice Chancellor Andreas Babler intends to propose to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to choose Vienna as a place for new peace talks with Russia. This was reported on June 17 by the Austrian newspaper Exexpress.
"As a neutral country, Austria would be an ideal place for peace talks between Russia and Ukraine," Babler was quoted as saying.
According to him, Vienna has a tradition of diplomatic relations, which the country plans to develop. In addition, Babler recalled that the UN headquarters in Europe is located in the Austrian capital.
A day earlier, the right-wing Austrian Freedom Party (APS) called on parliament to explain the purpose of Zelensky's visit to the country. The report noted that residents of the country have the right to know the reasons why Vienna is losing trust at the global level, thereby putting its security at risk.
