The Inspiration Art Festival will be held at VDNKH in July.

From July 23 to July 27, the International Art Festival Inspiration will be held at VDNH in Moscow for the eighth time. It will bring together creative teams and projects of Russian and foreign artists, said Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of the capital.

"Street performances and dance performances, performances and concerts are waiting for citizens and tourists at various venues of the exhibition," Sergunina said.

The events will take place in ten locations, including the Main Alley and the square near the Druzhba Narodov Fountain, the Worker and Collective Farmer pavilion and the Slovo Museum of Slavic Writing. The festival will be part of the "Summer in Moscow" project, which unites more than 400 venues in the capital.

According to Sergunina, works by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Mikhail Glinka, Aram Khachaturian, Fryderyk Chopin and other composers will be performed from the stages.

On July 23, the Green Theater will host a performance based on Leo Tolstoy's novel "War and Peace" performed by a troupe from Turkey. Dance schools of Egypt and Cuba will perform here on July 25.

On July 25, an opera production will be shown on the main stage of the festival, which will introduce the traditions and folk legends of the Chinese province of Guangxi. A classical music concert is scheduled for the same location on July 27.

All events of the festival are free of charge, but pre-registration on the VDNH website is required to attend.
